Carl Woods' documentary short Service, featuring my original score, sound design and mix, has just premiered online! A MADEBYBRUM Presentation, 'Service' tells the story of one of the UK's finest chef's, and how growing up within alternative culture in Birmingham, shaped his vision for 'The Wilderness'. More than an ode to good food and alternative culture, this is a call to action to take pride in our city, and stand up for independent culture, in the face of austerity, cuts, and apathy. A punk look at food, culture, and the places we call home, watch below:
As a proud Brummie it was an absolute joy working with the team who previously made Dumpling Story and help bring this film to life through sound and music. Make sure to follow MADEBYBRUM on instagram to keep up to date with future films and more.
