"Sleeping Rough" Director Owain Astles joins Watershed for Lunchtime Talk

Sleeping Rough is a docu-drama based on real life stories of homelessness directed by Owain Astles and featuring my original score. On Friday 19th June at 13:00 BST, Owain will be giving a talk exploring the practice of Participatory Video and its uses in empowerment and activism, particularly investigating how the practice is responding to the pandemic and to an artistic space that is increasingly virtual. He will also reflect on working with people experiencing homelessness, his own experiences with the issue, and how art and media can be a tool for reflection and empowerment. Animated Short "Elevator Hitch" Competing in REEL13

Jack Muino's animated short film Elevator Hitch featuring my original score and sound design is now available to watch online! It is also currently in competition in REEL13 and you can vote for it on their website. The film tells the story of a young boy walking into an empty elevator, showing that shenanigans can ensue at the press of a button, you can watch it below:

"Ascent of Grob's Domain" wins Freeplay Student Game Award

Dan Ferguson's sci-fi puzzle game Ascent of Grob's Domain featuring my original score has just won the Student Game Award at the Freeplay Independent Games Festival! The category was shared with four other fantastic games, details of which you can find on the festival's website.
