"SMITE!" Screening at Spark Vancouver Animation Festival this Weekend

Tyler Nardone's animated comedy short "SMITE!" featuring my original score will screen at Spark Vancouver Animation Festival this weekend. Further details, tickets and schedules are available on their website. SMITE! will be screening at 15:30 local time on Saturday, so if you get a chance check it out! It was a riotous and joyful score to work on and Tyler did a fantastic job with the film's wacky characters and story.

The soundtrack will be released on my album "Mischief & Mystery" on Friday, 1st November, next week!

"Comfort" Selected for Additional Festivals

Matthew Koh's beautiful animated short film "Comfort" featuring my original score has been selected for two more festival screenings! The first is The Animattikon Project in Cyprus, an event that embraces a wide range of activities revolving around the subject of animated film: a series of animation workshops open to the wide public, conferences and lectures on the history and theory of animation, cine-concerts where music is accompanied by animation and vice-versa. Several side screenings are organized as parallel events. Further details and tickets are available on their website.

The second is Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards, a monthly film festival with Annual Live Screenings and an award ceremony in the heart of Hollywood that celebrates creative work from around the world.

"Mischief & Mystery: Sheridan Scores '19" Album Announcement

I am overjoyed to announce on the 1st November my album "Mischief & Mystery: Sheridan Scores '19" will be released on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music and my releases page as well as other music platforms!

This is the brilliant artwork by Monica Nguyen-Vo depicting each of the characters from the seven different films in a wonderfully lively way! The album is a compilation of seven scores composed for seven animated short films. With stories ranging from horror to comedy, fantasy to tragedy, each film has a unique stylistic voice and the music was tailored accordingly.

I am so excited to share this group of pieces as they each tell a different story and were such a joy to write. You can preorder the album on my bandcamp page and pre-save it on Spotify to listen to on 1st November!
