"Perfectionist" Short Film Poster Release

The poster for Frinin & Bok's short film Perfectionist directed by James Hood and featuring my original score has just been released! Designed by Abi Pert and Will Stone, it features designs from the blueprints used by the film's characters to craft a mysterious and potentially mind bending wooden box.

I had a wonderful time creating ambient and erratic saxophone textures to compliment the unnerving tone of the film. Collaborating with the director James and producer Jonny on such an adventurous score was an exciting creative challenge and I hope you enjoy the film and my music.

"Sleeping Rough" Screening in London Alongside "No Sweat"

Owain Astles' docu-drama about homelessness Sleeping Rough, featuring my original score, will be screening alongside performances of the play No Sweat at the Pleasance in London throughout February.

No Sweat explores the crisis of LGBTQ+ homelessness: combining real stories, verbatim interview clips and an original score, No Sweat reveals stories from within the world of gay saunas - a common place for young homeless people to seek accommodation. In a world where stability is a second from slipping through your fingers, austerity combined with prejudice sees young people putting themselves at risk all too often.

2 Hour Album Challenge new Release featuring "Easy Now"

The Two Hour Album Challenge (2HAC) has just released a new album featuring a new track of mine. Run by composer Ben Burnes, 2HAC is a community-driven challenge to collectively start and complete an album of music in two hours.

You can listen to my track "Easy Now", written with recorded sound from instruments and object that are black, white or both, and the rest of the composers' music at the 2HAC bandcamp page. If you are feeling generous, all proceeds of the album are donated to support the Angel of Hope animal rescue.
