"Deadheading" Selected for Sony Future Filmmaker Awards 🌻

I'm very excited to share that Jack Hughes' dark comedy film Deadheading which features my original score has just been selected for the Sony Future Filmmakers Awards 2026! For more info on the awards and the other fabulous nominees, read about it in Variety magazine!
There were 8,400 entries from 162 countries and territories around the world, with just 10 films making the cut so the whole cast and crew are very humbled to be recognised in this way. Watch the trailer for the film below for a preview of Doreen's hilariously bittersweet story:
As part of the scheme, the Deadheading team will zip across the pond for a four-day program of interactive sessions, screenings and masterclasses. Then the category winners will be announced during the gala on June 11, so keep your fingers crossed for us!
