"Rail Route" Early Access Out Now!

Bitrich's rail management simulation game Rail Route which features my adaptive piano soundtrack and original sound design has just launched in early access on Steam! Playing the game involves controlling signals and trains, taking contracts and eventually expanding your rail network into a fully automated empire.

You can watch a preview of some of the gameplay elements in the launch trailer below. I had a lot of fun designing a piano soundtrack that ebbs and flows as the player's trains come and go as well as creating atmosphere tracks and UI sound effects to make gameplay immersive and satisfying.

"To My Younger Self" Out Now on iPlayer!

Owain Astles' BBC Arts short film To My Younger Self which features my original score and sound design has just been released for streaming on BBC iPlayer after a successful festival run.

Details about the film are below;

A short, creative drama drawing on first hand testimony from a former inmate reflecting on the effects of being segregated in a young offender institution. 
The film offers an artistic window into an often unseen issue which the artist hopes will provoke discussion around the use of segregation in Britain’s youth institutions.

"Rail Route" Steam #NextFest Livestream Wednesday 16th June

The developer of train management and simulation indie game Rail Route which features my original score and sound is hosting a livestream as part of Steam #NextFest.
